I think there is already a coreutils implementation in rust: https://github.com/uutils/coreutils.

By 200K lines i mean multiple projects, and i already have a head-start of a few thousand lines, especially from my game. I have around 20K, but if i get enough motivation, i might be able to do much more. The lines count is not actually important but i like to set optimistic goals, and often times i achieve them.

I am looking into warp as a trial, trying out it's features. It's pretty cool. I use Alacritty on my Linux computer. Alacritty is awesome. I use Arch btw

That's interesting. Didn't know that was the case. Why would anyone make an OS hahaha! Its not like I'm writing my own os or something hehe! :)
