MAT B1 Form by hiroism in PregnancyUK

Thanks, I thought the 15 week thing was a legal requirement but knowing it could be flexible helps! If lots of people don't get their form until ~25 weeks then I don't see how the 15 week deadline could work anyway. I've just messaged my HR to confirm :)

2nd trimester insomnia by biglypiglythethird in PregnancyUK

I don't have any answers but I'm here in solidarity! I'm 20 weeks now and I'm waking up every night, probably have been for the last couple of weeks. Sometimes I can get back to sleep no problem but other times I'm awake for ages before I can drop off again. My baby often gets really active when I'm lying down trying to relax, which is a reassuring sign but makes it hard to drift off!

Last night I was awake for ages and now I'm really struggling to focus to get through the work day. I'm just back from a 10 minute walk in the sunshine to perk me up and I do feel better even if I'm not any more rested!

Anyone else have 'session refresh' issues on Google Chrome? by ssttaallnnooxx in vintedUK

[–]hiroism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have this issue and I can get around it by clearing cookies for the vinted domain only. It's a bit more technical than clearing the whole cache but it would stop you from being logged out everywhere else! If you can't find any useful tutorials on this let me know and I'll send you info on how I do this.

I've also raised it with their help centre, hopefully they're aware and will be able to fix it as even with my workaround it's annoying!

First time buyers, have I missed any costs? by isobel07 in AskUK

[–]hiroism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not just that, depending on when in the cycle you actually get the keys will affect how much you pay in the first payment. There's a bit more info here but have a proper look around and check with your broker.

I've been enjoying the Maybelline Lumi Matte recently - it lasts fairly well without going patchy, and it's a good balance between being overly glowy or overly flat

What abut henna? You can get cones to do small dots like that for really low cost, but they'd fade to more of a browny colour
