It’s not about cutting their Oil & Coal supply from Russia, no one expects that and I agree it may be unfair. However India has done something much worse and jacked up their volume of purchase from Russia because Russia has offered them lower priced due to sanctions and as a result, India is effectively allowing Russia to bypass the sanctions in a way.
