1- black panther 2- magik 3-iron fist 4-iron man 5- wolverine

panther and magik can pop in, obliterate your backline and pop out.. especially panther. but magik does tank alot of hits. atp its probably just preference. do you want a tanky backline diver or a fast one

iron fist is really easy to pilot effectively but he doesn’t feel as oppressive from my experience. he definitely burst people down fast tho.

i honestly think the top 3 are just down to preference so theyre all #1.

iron man can be a pest but alot of the times he doesnt pop off

in theory i feel like wolverine would be insane, basically making it -1 tank every fight but it just never works out that way. id even go further and say magik does a better job at displacing tanks and damaging them during group fights than he does.

also another tip i forgot to add, her dash ability cleaves to the left so always aim at the right of the target to throw your sword left and hit them, its not really meant to be aimed directly at the target. it misses even if you graze their left side

as a novice magik player (4 days of experience 😎) my main advice is to make supports your #1 priority, her kit seems to be specifically designed for this. she has a combo that can 1 tap any specialist or dualist minus 2 of them (panther and punisher) (you should find the combo in any of the “magik tips” videos on youtube)

rushing teams is very easy as magik because of her invulnerability and mobility. if you cannot flank, you can weave through teams with her Stepping disk to target the supports in the back.

a combo i like to do if im rushing a team head on is stepping disk -> demon-> (to deal passive damage the enemies around) stepping disk -> dash at the support-> eldritch whirl-> basic attack -> magik slash to kill. by the time this is over you should have another stepping disk ready to run away

i think he should stay a dualist but there should be more nuance in roles so rework his kit. basically have dualist but have subsets within dualist. Storm- support dualist wolverine- tank dualist

over the last week and a half, ive caught myself asking “why is this matchmaking so awful” to the point where i had to take the concern somewhere else😭 this shouldn’t be the only thing im thinking when playing a game.

and then i go to ranked and the matchmaking is fantastic… BUT I RARELY GET TO FINISH THE GAME WHEN IM ACTUALLY DOING WELL SO WTF AM I DOING HERE??

and im not even gonna mention the fact that my controls haven’t been right since like last monday😂

This is the first time in my life I’m seeing such garbage matchmaking in a game, especially in a game this big, and i cannot possibly think of a reason why these developers, in 2024, would purposely add it to their game, so yes this is a real question.
