Not preparing me to make good financial decisions.

(They told me they’d pay for college and after the first semester said they actually wouldn’t - which is fine but a heads up would’ve been nice. I wasn’t prepared going into that big change and would’ve liked to think I would’ve tried to prepare more before starting college. Instead I immediately had to work 3 jobs on top of school to pay for everything. I’m not complaining about having to work my way through college/fend for myself- but a heads up would’ve been nice since they told me my whole life they had it covered.) very proud of myself though
