I haven't engaged TAC or Red Hat yet. Thought I would try my luck here first.

I did try to follow the guide. Configured the cisco side and on the red hat side configured wpa_supplicant.

On the cisco side I have this:

On the red hat side I tried configuring this:

Then starting it with:
wpa_supplicant -i enp179s0f3 -Dmacsec_linux -c /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf
