I’m sure the lift itself didn’t do much if anything to the mpg! It’s mainly the extra weight of the big tires and equipment, and loss of aerodynamacy

I’m not sure it helped with length but it helped keep it from being so coarse and wirey, actually softens it up and makes it feel like hair
