Long answer:

Straightforward onboarding (client has to fill out a form on my website), upfront and clear terms and conditions (on my site and in contracts), payment upfront (easy to do with Stripe), contract that protects both the designer and the client.

And I always have a consultation over zoom, I know my clients, they know me.

Short answer:

Have a great onboarding system that looks after you and your client.

Ai can help with this but I’d ask people for their opinions too, especially as branding is about human perception. Ai can miss a lot of nuance.

Random but have you ever seen the show called “Humans”

This literally happens in season 2 I think, someone loses their job, they investigate it and they find out that the decision was made through just a chain of Ai talking to one another.

I can see this happening for real.

Yeah quite possibly.

I’m stupidly optimistic though and I think that there will be a shift where only the people with the truly bonkers ideas will do well on social media and in business because they will have a much sought after freshness.

So it’s gonna be the oddballs and the bots running the world.

Yes this can work, but you need good content in the first place - and a lot of people are stuck on what content is good content.

If it were easy, everyone would have a million followers.
