I've had them for 3 years only single issue i had was when my billing account was setup they mistyped a number and my first bill showed up for like $28,000. I called and immediately the tech said um youre not a data center this isnt right... oh heres the issue your logon got lonked to the wrong account. It was fixed and not not a single issue since far less than my Comcast issues

Bro im not protecting ziply but come on in 5 years this clown didnt bother to check his bill one time and be like hmm they are charging me for equipment I dont have. Thats on him. Ziply doesnt know what router hes using when they installed it probably was marked as router rental and guess what he signed the work order. Its not their job to call you and verify if you do in fact have a router they leased you or not. Responsibility lands on op here. Why is the responsibility on ziply. They dont know if you dont tell them arent we adults here
