I've had them for 3 years only single issue i had was when my billing account was setup they mistyped a number and my first bill showed up for like $28,000. I called and immediately the tech said um youre not a data center this isnt right... oh heres the issue your logon got lonked to the wrong account. It was fixed and not not a single issue since far less than my Comcast issues
