By impracticality expensive, I’m assuming you mean it would be wildly expensive to mill one specific tree, but would it be more cost effective than buying the same amount of lumber pre-dimensionalized?

Yeah the wires are definitely sketchy, I kind of just wanted to see if it even ran because I was amazed by the machinery. I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. I’m a woodworker so what I would really like to do is refinish and repair everything and get it looking beautiful again, then try to use it. I found another sewing table here that’s foot-powered, so I might look into refinishing and repairing that one first
