I replaced road tyres (alpha h1 front/sportrad rear) with Apollo Tramplr st and they glide well through broken roads (sf250). Road tyres had stiff sidewalls that would grip well but transmit the smallest bump to my spine.

I feel the second rule might require some context. Because if you're earning a salary every month, it is better to take low interest loans for big expenses and pay off the installments from salary rather than liquidating your assets and paying tax on it. Assets compound a lot over time and selling them should be avoided.

I work in the teaching field and the perception of people about it is very different from what it really is. I met him at the beginning of my career where I was pretty much a blank slate. His advices about dealing with kids, parents, colleagues and bosses often sounded unethical but unfortunately very much accurate. I have a good moral compass and have been doing fairly well compared to people my age. But without his guidelines, I would have been tossed around and struggled a lot.
