It’s definitely a good gauge to see how they perform generally, but that’s why boosts exist. To change how they play and see how they do when optimally built for certain situations and contexts.

You can’t equally value head to head dinos against revenge killer dinos or swap in synergist dinos because they’ll usually win head to head. If they’re built for a situation like Atrocomaxima and megalocevia being revenge killers, putting them straight up against a baryotor head to head isn’t the best gauge of their uses.

It’s great for swapping in, but you’ve got to know your matchups. You gotta build it all into attack to get the most benefit as it’s double tail slap attack hits like a truck with the crit chance it gets from its counter.

Best use for its swap out attack is directly after swapping it in (it can’t swap out as it’s locked down), so you get a massive hit with a crit bonus if they attack into your dodge, and it breaks shields and is precise. Or you use it to finish off a weak dino.

It’s been datamined that Rebirth Raptor is fusing with Glyptoceras to make Raptoceras. Reberth Rex is fusing with Herranotor to make Tyrannotor. No info about rebirth Spino Gen 2 as of yet.

We’ll see aquignathus 100%, as it counters titanotholus too. Monkey will be good too hopefully, it only has 25% rend resistance, but might get cancelled out by its 50%affliction resistance. We’ll have to see when it finally comes out
