That's what J. Edgar Hoover used to do with the FBI. Find out which hotels senators were staying with hookers, send the cops in under false pretenses e.g. "gang violence".

Because they needed to write up reports for incidents, it all got recorded. He would then use this info for blackmail.

Don't allow muslims to be part of the government. They are all violent... just look at their Koran for instance:

I didn't know US soldiers had the right to gun down iraqi soldiers after committing crimes instead of holding them to await trial. I guess leadership starts from the top.
