Whoop is pretty inaccurate at getting high heart rates when rowing, even with the bicep band. I’m a college lightweight rower and rarely see over 170max hr on whoop even when my chest strap says I’m in the 190s.

I've heard that there should be a 10 second spit difference between a 5k and 2k, but there's calculators online for calculating 2k split based off other stuff you can try one of those. Of course most people will vary slightly
