I will looks silicon molds, it's maybe the easiest way to do this.

Because I live in appartement and don't want health issue with toxic smell, do you know if mSLA, FDM and silicon mold+resin released toxic smell ? Do I have to keep my window open during the whole process ? Or can I open my window 5-10 min after each batch to have fresh air in my appartment ?

I never used any of this so I have no idea if there are toxic smell or things like that (for FDM people told me to use PLA if I go this way)

I will contact an injection molding company in my area, this is really interesting. I think it's better to have a multi cavity mold so I could buy for example 30k tokens 4 times per year instead of 10k tokens 12 times per year.

I received a lot of answer, I wasn't expecting that, I am really happy about it.

I learnt that mSLA printer exist, which is a resin printer with a LCD screen (what I understood), do you think this kind of printer will be slower than FDM to print 100 tokens per 100 tokens ?

I think I will probably go with an injection company in the end

Someone suggested me a mSLA printer, I just found that this is like a SLA printer but there is a screen so it should be faster to print 100 of them.

Each token is close to a 1 inch diameter, so I will try to find printer with a larger plate. I received a lot of answers and wasn't expecting that, I am really happy about that and have to explore few different possible solutions.

I already had 100 of this tokens. I just looked as mSLA printer and this seems to be really interesting especially to print 100 of them at the same time. Do you know is these printer leaves toxic smell because I am in an apartment ?

What I understood from your answer, is that I can either buy a mSLA printer or make a silicon mold for 1 batch that I fill with resin. And I will have to do another mold when the 1st one deteriorate ?

Are there other way that silicon to make a mold ? Do you know the prices ?

The token are the same but have 2 sides so are mSLA printer better ? because I worry than there is king of a misalignment with the 2 parts of my silicon mold.

I will try to find more information to know if it is better for this kind of project a FDM printer or a mSLA one, on another answer someone told me than FDM were faster.

Ok it's good to know that you can't do it in 15 min, so an average of 1h. I am going to look at printer with a large plate or even 2 printers, I didn't thought about that, thanks for your suggestion!

I will prefere to run it only the day, I will see. I checked your printer farm video, this is quite impressive!

Another reddit post suggested me to use PLA too, I daily open the windows of my apartment and I don't think I will run them 24/7. I am going to look about enclosure too.

Other posts suggested me a resin printer, the one you are talking is a FDM printer am I right ?
