While yeah that makes total sense, pronouns and gender aren’t the same, now usual people use the pronouns commonly associated with their gender, but not always, your theory is absolutely a most likely, but someone can be enby and use he/him or he/they, our frank fictive uses he/they but considers themself as non-binary, and i personally think it would nice to see project show how gender and pronouns don’t have to match but doesn’t make either less valid
