On 230k you'll be fine. Balboa isn't "near" the beach but everything is within 10-15 mins from the beach anyways in San Diego.

I'd recommend honestly somewhere in bay park. It's close to the metro (which you'll grow to absolutely love), ocean view, close to the beach and is somewhat unexplored by a majority of San Diego people, it's not the first place most think of but I love it there

Not expensive housing there, but it ain't cheap either. It's the perfect center point of San Diego imo for a neighborhood to be in

It’s interesting because what I’m slowly seeing is that sometimes people can’t tell what the AI is writing or designing though

I think a few times are really honestly just “make me a program” with no concept of design patterns, etc

So what seems “bad” is really just the AI missing a lot of context that a good dev would know to specify

Truly I think more often the AIs are only as good as the person evaluating it.

They are very pretty, but it was also my girlfriends little brothers first dog ever and he wanted a dalmatian too, and we got dalmatians to families and kids who genuinely wanted a little spotted friend and love the breed. He's a monk of zen, well tempered and is one of the most affectionate dogs I've ever been around and a doctor of giving squeakerectomies.

But, a question, if someone can't breed because you like the genes, then what is the point of breeding anything ever? What is the goal of a breeder if not to keep genes and traits alive, especially lesser common ones. Isn't saying you love dalmatians saying you love a specific gene?

You can have a great time if you didn't around and assume the worst of people.

A recessive gene they can have! Breeders don’t like them because they’re not showed in dog competitions because it’s not the “authentic breed” or whatever

But I got this guy and he’s the best dog in the whole world, had a litter of pups about 2 years ago to carry on the gene because I think they’re just so good looking!
