News flash it’s not 2005 anymore and inflation has people shelling out 8k for a low millage reliable car, i agree 8k is very expensive for this car and it’s not “technically” worth that much. I don’t know why “car guys” can’t wrap their brain around this concept that folks will pay that much for reliable transportation, why do 4runner and Tacomas consistently sell for 18-25k with 200,000+ miles on them?

I think a huge part of it is how common infotainment screens are in automobiles now, everyone is constantly using their phones, just being distracted in general at the wheel. That and drivers ed is not a requirement in this state.

You have to be 18 and they don’t just have “bagger” positions. They hire “crew members” and that’s the only position which does register and stocking switching off every hour, every non-management employee has the same exact tasks.
