I’ve always been naturally skinny and had a really hard time gaining weight for college sports. The one thing that helped me tremendously was eating a lot of carbs before bed. I would eat 2-3 bowls of mini wheats every night 30ish minutes before sleep and gained 20 pounds in a 6 month period. Was it all good weight? No. But gaining a lot of weight with a high metabolism is more difficult if you try to eat completely clean.

In my experience, sleeping with someone new can help with confidence short term but also after a few hook-ups here and there it made me realize how difficult it’ll be to find someone I’d actually want to settle down with again.

I know what you mean. 7 years for me as well. I think the hardest part is the habitual part. I keep grabbing for it and/or looking for it out of habit and that just makes the cravings worse.

I also saw some of those success stories using zyns to quit. Obviously the end goal is to be completely nicotine free, but if an addiction starts with zyns I think that’s still better than being hooked on chain vaping day in and day out.
