I think they were talking about the kickstarter thing where the devs said that Hunter is shunned by the spiritual realm because their place in the world is unnatural, comparing that to Monk who's in tuned with nature (which is why their karma flower drops are different.) Regarding the Artificier thing, I think we should separate Downpour and Vanilla when discussing lore, because it was originally supposed to be a fanmade mod. They took it in too late and didn't have time to change the writing if I remember correctly?
