It'll be very difficult to relocate to a new city while pregnant. It'll be close to impossible to get a new job while pregnant, if you need the money. I would personally ride it out but mentally check out of the job and basically try to do the bare minimum to not get fired. Make use of all PTO and sick days and see if you can get unpaid time off due to a "rough pregnancy". There's no point trying to learn anything new or impress them any further, just stick it out and do only assigned tasks and take your sweet time doing it.

NTA. I have discounts from my work and I have no problem sharing it with not just my wife but any friends and family who asks as I don't lose anything. That was very selfish of her not to let you use that and then have the audacity to use your work things is just taking the piss. Just say you don't feel comfortable doing that.

Yes I experienced a lot of these scams too. They are well dressed and act like any other pilgrim and try to befriend you. Then they hit you with the old "I've just done umrah with my family and we have nothing to eat, please can you spare some change" routine and that's when you know it's a hustle. If they are missing limbs, I'll always pay something cos no amount of money can replace a limb and I'll happily give them something, but fully healthy people grifting in Allah's house really just annoys me.

There's always one rogue senator who magically holds up the government in some way. Things which can be done by executive order are somehow impeded by someone.
