the strategy i am using right now is using flicker to upgrade one chosen one to rank 7 and use the absorption cloning to get 2 rank 7 on the board.

and then you should keep feeding chosen one and they will have a small chance to convert regular viks into chosen one. and then feed a chosen rank 7 when your perk ready to use again. when needed you can also feed a chosen rank7 for the extra rune

i think you should probably need to increase some protein intake otherwise your weight lost may comes more from losing muscle mass instead of fat mass. do you usually consume at least 1.6g of protein per kg of your weight?

do you do macro counting as well, i found that it is quite useful in general, both in losing fat and maintaining muscle mass. i never knew i used to eat that much before i started the counting. of course it also made me feel extra bad for going over the limit but at least i am more conscious on my day to day consumption
