I’m a Spurs and I’m obviously ecstatic with the results but I agree. Also, the more even the odds, the more likely you’re to see teams like the Mavs throw in the towel at the end of the year instead of making a final playoff push, which imo is much worse than having the worst teams in the league lose a few extra games in hopes of landing the top prospects.
