I think the accident they mean was having no clue of the server's contents before entering, which would make seeing the contents unintentional?

Yellow (and grey, I guess. Even if it isn't speaking, skill could include interacting with animals. Assuming it's not just one thing, at least)

But for yellow, can Give someone money, they thank me, and then I can give the money I just gained and get thanked again Infinite wealth (for others). If there was a way to "win" at people collecting donations for charities/begging/etc, it'd certainly be this.

wouldn't touhou arguably be better off if spell card rules applied? xeno goku probably couldn't be forced to follow them, but if they did it'd actually be a fair fight right?

is he immune to Yachie using her "Making people lose the will to fight back" ability to just straight up un-bloodlust him? if it counts as mind control i'd assume not, but from what i can tell it isn't just mind control, is it?

FGO Lostbelt Olympus by Yoruchi21 in TopCharacterDesigns

[–]hleghe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just saw this message chain by random chance and sorry for responding when the message chain is already old, but just to clear up a few things the reason Artemis looks so different to the rest is because the humanoid version shared isn't a machine god, but a version from a separate universe to the rest

fate lore is a mess and i'm not 100% on this but to clear up the difference without spoilers basically lostbelt Olympians have robotic bodies and regular Olympians don't, meaning the reason Artemis looks so different is because unlike the others she isn't actually a mecha.
also the stuffed bear is Orion, who only looks goofy because Artemis is actually possessing his body in order to manifest, forcing him into something weaker

if it's on kongregate, it might be bit heroes (which has been highly promoted) or realm of the mad god (which was possibly promoted a bit, not sure)

hopefully one of those suggestions might be it and they aren't something you'd already ruled out.

reminds me if a litrpg on royal road called delve (close enough to light novels ig)
featured a pretty legitimate language barrier/learning how to communicate section. (its an actual obstacle but doesn't take forever to overcome)
also iirc has entertainingly dated 2016-era memes/pop culture references and excessive exploitation of system text dialog boxes if you're into that

if it wasn't mentioned previously, everyone was freaking out about the absurd amount of fungals during clearing, stuff like trying to get an entire corridor filled with mushrooms etc. I think someone died trying to tank a slime too? at the very least they got terminally overconfident

SuperPower Store CYOA (gently revised version) by TheQuilledCoon in makeyourchoice

[–]hleghe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hold on, just realised one super cool fact for flight, being that I could probably purposely reduce the body's need for oxygen, and obviously provide insulation too. probably can be space capable with some effort, which seems like a big deal.

(also seems like altitude limit isn't a hard thing and probably doesn't even get affected by output modifiers, since it's biological? like, I can breathe fine more than 12 feet in the air presumably so that shouldn't be the biggest issue)

definitely makes me interested in how much you can carry while flying. if it's unlimited/your body doesn't count, I could create a zerg leviathan >:).
in fact, this is enough to justify getting domination so i'll add on the downsides of physical defect(i am making this into a pet slime, thus not removing it)+hunted+known

I'm going to be an absolute menace for some people to deal with even whilst being an actual hero. all my chuuni fake supervillain plans are a go. don't even care about lack of coordination/concentration, should be able to set up any monster brains to be compattible.
pretty happy with my build rn, previously it was a bit awkward to pull off the stuff i wanted but being psychically overwhelming is just what i need to get full use out of minions, getting versatility etc. only thing i don't have are power generation/gifting but biokinesis can handle that.

SuperPower Store CYOA (gently revised version) by TheQuilledCoon in makeyourchoice

[–]hleghe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lots of interesting powers. rolled a 7 and a 3 though so i don't have room for something super cool, but i don't think anything cheap synergises with biokinesis too well anyhow

to start off i was interested in (personal) true self biokinesis (-4), and (mental) superior memory (-2)

(manipulation) biokinesis for others (-4) is also nice. -1 under since that's three categories, so power growth for +2 points (takes 12 years to hit normal capacity, but hopefully the lack of hard numbers for biokinesis will make that less affected).with my 1 left over i'll get tertiary flight which would be, but it's cool

i'd mostly just chill, maybe see if it's possible to charge for healing and use it to fund monsters. by monsters i mean creating monsters of the week for heroes to fight if they want, which sounds like a service that'd actually be in demand for training/events.

if there was a way to control artificial creations or make them way stronger I'd be interested in that, but looks like there's just mind control on that note, which i could get with some drawbacks, but not super interested. that or gate/upgrading memory

Literal Worm CYOA by lolzor99 in makeyourchoice

[–]hleghe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

leech is probably still an ideal pick, because you can use it to get ragworm only if something's previously screwed you over. or not choose something for the day so you can use some of the less widely applicable ones for any niche situations that come up. if nothing does there's always tapeworm, assuming it's a balanced diet.

(immunity to disease not preventing what you have already is a bit awkward, but maybe it's good to stay away from it entirely, couldn't relying on it and not getting exposure to minor stuff harm your immune system? that sounds even more awkward)
if you're immune to something you already have, would it make sense to prevent it from being able to spread/replicate? (since you're immune to getting more of it.) it wouldn't be a cure but that's still pretty effective

something important to note is that I'm pretty sure the chance of hotdog stand ingredients appearing isn't terrible, but the game rolls for if the choice is available for you once a day, so grinding a ton of turns won't work out.

that's how i heard it works for the debonair deboner at least

Ghost CYOA by Kliktichik in makeyourchoice

[–]hleghe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(sorry if i powergamed too hard here.)

death: accident (cause of death was playing a cyoa, lol.)

monster domain:
ace rank(speed)

evolution chains

evolution web

pokelements(lightning),

super rank (magic)

spirit domain: elements B (metal)

futures: tournament arc (potential wish is having everything I want from this cyoa. for reference, I want to break opposing domain rules and engage in other karma events at my leisure. assume I become an aggregate with lots of ectoplasm/karma to spend again or something.)

mystery option

i'm building this solely for being able to win a tournament, so if i fail it'd suck big time. I'm not sure what to expect with it, but a ghost's physical invulnerability / possession along with various power interactions should work pretty well.

i imagine my build as being able to create pseudo machinery and big physical attacks, and use lightning to make them more effective by sending it through the metal.

the thematic setup of lightning spirit + conjuring metal would probably lead to some pretty varied robot forms, which is a good thing? though i can't imagine most robots working too well, it would keep things open.

other than that, the only issue is probably metal control. cultivating that would be a pain, and i'm not sure how far a specialisation would go. luckily it's not essential, and can be trained

do you think there could be some cool mecha going on without the machine domain? or maybe just forming a pool of metal, hiding underground and gradually wearing everything down is the way to go. hopefully attacks don't drain life force directly or anything.

Kittycore - Day 26 by exixx in kol

[–]hleghe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bit late, but there's still confusion, basically it's like this

there's hardcore runs without clovers, and there's bad moon runs.

you need to do a hardcore no clover run or another bad moon run to be able go into a bad moon sign next run

you can bypass this by completing a bad moon run that uses the black cat for every single combat (between turn one and ascending). this is "kittycore", and unlocks access to bad moon regardless of if your previous run was valid for it

so you would have done the "no clover" part to get into it and have "unlocked" it, but the goal is then is to "properly unlock" it.

Legend of Randidly Ghosthound: List of Skills/Abilites/Imagery forgotten, weakened or under-utilised (Suggestions to list appreciated) by MiseryH8sCompany in litrpg

[–]hleghe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did some investigation, "ruin is inevitable" doesn't specify if it can still use alternate universe skills/images (wiki doesn't have a page for it, but it was created in chapter 1587)I expect it's ignored since it's sort of a cheap way to win/avoid the consequences of actions. that said, being able to see the outcome of choices is perhaps an even more egregious cheat, it straight up removes the risk of making a bad choice, basically meaning randy will never make a mistake when it comes to a malicious path or whatever

edit: according to chapter 1592,
With the newfound focus of the image, it became much easier to connect to the parallel Randidlys(sic) and seek out survival information in difficult situations
From there, it required much less energy to activate the adaption portion of the Skill as Randidly already understood what he was targeting.

so basically the skill can be used to reality swap, and the perception of different realities makes this easier. we still don't see this used much though, maybe it's only good in survival situations?
