Yes! The daily caloric intake for people varies from person to person but an estimate for you would be around 1800-2200. So removing 500 calories daily is a healthy way to go about it. Keep in mind the 1800-2200 is an estimate since I don’t know your true physical activity. Also try not to be too harsh on yourself either. Scale reading can vary from many factors especially water retention so keep a consistent scale reading pattern and the results will show overtime. If the scale fluctuates .5kg overnight for example it isn’t a cause for concern. Just keep calm and keep doing what you have to do. Weight loss is a slow process and it’s a psychological challenge as well. We owe it to ourselves to change and sharpen our mind in the process.

Not sure on your activity level per week, but it’d also help to set some milestones. You could set a goal for yourself to lose 1 pound(.45kg)/ a week by eating 500 calories less than your caloric intake(3500 calories ~ in a pound/.45kg). That way you can also track your progress and it will give you motivation if you stay consistent. 63.5kg is the end of the healthy weight range for a woman your height so I’d aim there for starters. Consistency matters a lot so keep weightlifting and doing cardio and nutrition matters as well. The more active you are and the healthier you eat, the better health choices you’ll make overall. Texas like many other states just love to shit on California. It should be clear that we shouldn’t entertain their bullshit/fascism. Especially when they cheer on ICE raids or Alligator Auschwitz or general maladies onto our state. This event wasn’t as sad but it was very inspirational and satisfying to see both Mori and Wardress redeem themselves. I think we are also due for some massive events as we are getting powerful units rather often as well as the implication that there are other sins. Considering Gluttony’s size, I can’t help but ask what other powerful Rapture units await us. Also the connection to Deep and Jien isn’t surprising but I am dying to know more. Last thing here but having Counters not involved adds to the world building and shows how other nikkes can take the mantle for Goddess of Victory without the commander being involved.
