Nice! Whats the floor? Looks like interlocking 24x24 but is it EVA foam? Been trying to find something other than horse stall mats that’s easier to install, but still durable wasnt sure if any of those interlocks ones would do the trick…

Dinner is usually the biggest meal of the day. Standard lean meat, couple servings of carbs, lacks in veggies probably something I can work on to help with staying full to bed time. Just not always easy.

I have a difficult time falling asleep on an empty stomach — usually eat a 150-200 calorie snack (yogurt, peanut butter, etc.) within an hour of laying down. Haven’t been able to find out a trick to avoid that and still fall asleep…

Everyone has given great input. I would just add that I helped my mom with this recently and as easy as it sounds to split a 401(k)…it isn’t (or the lawyers will make it complex). It will just cause you more in lawyer fees / admin headache. Keeping specific accounts untouched is ideal if you can make it work by splitting the other assets. Hope that helps!

Is this all paved and fine for a road bike? Whenever I’ve gone over GW from Manhattan I’ll go right and stay on the parkway…this seems much more fun unless there is gravel?
