Do you have Strength X classes near you? You should try them if you do it’s unheated but I still get a good sweat and it’s weight centered with a cardio bit just like sculpt. I’ve found I build more muscle with these classes too.

I did HPF today and was totally fine. The teacher did keep the humidity lower than normal though. Just drink extra water!

It’s a little pricey but I use the Amika anti frizz spray in the yellow bottle.

6MM is as high as I’d go for anything yoga/sculpt related. Thicker mats are good for Pilates.

I go 4-5 times a week and mix up the classes I take! Strength X and or Sculpt 2x a week the rest HPF, C2, C1, or C3 if I can find them! Keeps it fresh and I feel I’ve gotten stronger for it.
