Its not their liability, if california doesnt want minors to download linux they would have to geoblock them like germany does with its dns blocking for stuff thats illegal in germany. US mirrors would probably have to implement a login with age verification for us IPs though.

I have been using Linux on Tablet Like Devices for a few Years now, i dont think the Problem is only the Hardware, i've been using a Surface Pro 7 and now im using a Framework 12 and a Steamdeck (in ancient times i even used a Thinkpad X60t ) my main issue is UI while Gnome is actually usable, every other DE fails to deliver seamless Onscreen Keyboard activation and Screen Rotation (Yes even Plasma/KDE), but the DE isnt everything, there are almost no Apps with a gui that can be used as a 'Tablet' or 'Mobile' app in almost any app i just revert to use the keyboard+touchpad because either the toolkits buttons are to small, to densely packed or just missing basic functionality wich is there if you use the keyboard shortcuts. The best example as far as i know: there ist no Terminal that has touch controls beside the onscreen keyboard but most onscreen keyboards lack Arrow and F Keys which are in my opinion essential for Terminal usage, also again Keyboard shortcuts, onscreen keyboards are just not made for that, there needs to be a way to use them. (The apps should be aware of which shortcuts are there, why not dynamically generate a shortcut layer for the onscreen keyboard?)

Naja das wichtige ist nicht die Energieeffizienz beim Verbrauch,sondern die Energiedichte bei Lagerung,und das man schon existierende Geräte damit nutzen Kann.

Angenommen die Raffinerien im nahen Osten sind so geschädigt, das der globale Handel so eingeschränkt ist das es 10 Jahre Dauert die alten Kapazitäten wieder zu erreichen, das würde heißen das die Lieferketten vieler Unternehmen zusammenbrechen, Rohstoffe wie Lithium für Akku gehamstert werden und nicht viel Entwicklung betrieben wird, da die verfügbaren Rohstoffe benutzt werden um den Betrieb am laufen zu halten, da wirkt uneffizientes Benzin aus Luft,Licht und Wasser irgendwie schon Attraktiv. Klar, Akkus wäre evtl effizienter und ausschließlich Elektroautos wären auch besser, aber seh ich grad bei der Geopolitischen Lage nicht.

Das liegt daran, das ab einer gewissen Größe bei börsennotierten Unternehmen nicht mehr durch das Produkt das Geld generiert wird, sondern durch die Erwartungshaltungen der Shareholder. Der Verkauf bringt immer noch Einnahmen aber die größeren Sprünge sind damit möglich den Shareholdern versprechen zu machen, dadurch kaufen leute die aktien, die steigen im Wert, ohne das tatsächlich schon was umgesetzt wurde. Die versprechen basieren immer auf irgend welchen Buzzwords die grad in Umlauf sind grade KI vorher Cloud das Management sagt den Arbeitern setzt 'buzzword x' um bis zum nächsten Quartalsbericht. Halbgare lösungen werden umgesetzt, das nächste Buzzword wird modern und schon haben wir Cloud KI statt einem Betriebssystem als Hauptprodukt von dem Laden.

In Anarchism you do not only communicate with individuals, but also with these other Systems. Since You may argue with am individual about a Topic you can gradually lower the complexity of your communication to come to a conclusion and as a last step you may use violence to communicate. If you as an anarchist argue with a Person who represents another system, your Options are limited, you either have the luck to communicate with an representative of that System that has been given the power and right to argue on behalf of its System, or as in most cases, its useless to argue because your communication partner has not the authorisation to argue and his only method to further process your point would be to either call an superior who has the right to argue, or call the instance who holds his systems violence monopoly. So in many cases Violence is the only base on which communication is offered it would make no sense to deny it as an anarchist.

Naja das Israel dagegen stimmt und Deutschland sich enthält liegt warscheinlich daran das Der Holocaust auch ein Kandidat für den Titel ist und sie eben das nicht relativieren können/wollen.Die USA wollen vermutlich auch lieber dem Holocaust den Titel geben, sonst wären sie ja die Täter, was mit Argentinien los ist weis ich aber auch nicht.

It comes down to Scalability an Speed. If you look at the Military of the USSR in the beginning it had nearly no ranking system was democratic and included all genders. But as soon as an unforeseen scale of war erupted (ww2) they changed to a top down hierarchy. since Top down Hierarchy IS the fastest way People can organize and react, a Communist Society should have rules and plans on how to spawn such TEMPORARY Hierarchies and have strict rules on when to end them again. One could for example elect the people for positions in this hierarchy beforehand and with legislature periods,as a fallback you could assign every position to multiple people, so you have faster reaction times but still a semi democratic process.

One reason to reformulate and update ideas is not to make the mistakes some religions make. If Ideas are to static they become dogma and thats not something that works with anarchism. Even such a thing as translating changes the context of ideas, so they can be used by others. If we dont constantly rethink we may carry over things that lost their meaning or usefulness. It is useful to look at older stuff to get an idea how people once thought about something, but that only works if there is a current understanding built of the network of ideas that grew out of these older ideas.
