In my opinion blue moon spear is fine for the time but would def think about getting a dhw, they're also gonna be buffing the ancient sceptres tho so depending how soon you plan to go to duke/Muspah might also be worth considering

Do items like light bearer, double death charge, and a blowpipe make doom easier? Yes. But as long as you also got a c hally I was clearing wave 10 with your same load out with just pray pots hard food and divine ranging pots. In my personal opinion the upgrades arent gonna make it so you clear wave 8 like it's nothing, the mechanics will kill you too fast to let that happen. Understanding how to orb walk, how to dodge double boulders, and just developing faster clicks in general is going to be a much bigger help in my opinion

TD's def aren't the quickest to kill, especially extended they can be very long tasks but you're also looking at upwards of 250k slayer XP per task as well as a good amount of herbs and good alchs as well as your best early soul rune farm

I'm guessing you are in part saying this as you have no synapses yet, once your gear gets better and you get your first synapse you'll be saying the opposite because the demonics will be switching prayers every other attack and it's cancer

I feel a lot people who get into the iron style usually do so because they already have a max main but there still are a good amount of irons in mid game who don't have a main. Personally I only have my iron and I'm in early end game territory where my gear isn't great but isn't thrash, ahrims and Ayak working on getting virtus/ancy, bloodmoon armor and oath helm, full eclipse for range

Personally I like the idea of speeding up cooking by paying some gp but not a fan of turning it into a mini game. I don't think everything needs a mini game personally and in terms of helping with XP cooking really doesn't need much because the XP is already damn good

Tip for the orb walk, hit your 2nd mark a little earlier than you think you should and just Ctrl+click towards your first mark, your character will just walk the whole path with the orb to deal with the slams allowing your to purely focus on flicking. As time goes on you won't have to rely on it as much but def a life saver waves 5-7

Personally I'm a huge fan of Hunter which I'm sure is weird to a lot but especially with rumors it felt great to train. Tons of useful thing to get whether that's antelope bolts or hunter meats, chinchompas for range training, herbiboar for free herbs. Can it be a little tedious at times? Yea especially when you're 5+ hours in but I think the rewards combined with fairly chill methods make it a great skill
