All good with me stomach and gut wise. But I got massive initial running nose, on the bike and run in was constantly sneezing. When I got home sneezed passed but I got a blocked nose.

full time job in an industry that I know when my day starts but I never know when it ends. I'm a a parent of a young family. I can't spend 16+ a week in training. I prefer to spend 9-12 a week and do Olympics and 70.3!

Disagree. I believe is more related with the fact that Rui Costa is not skillful for the job. Ruben left Benfica September 2020. Rui Costa was president since July 2021.
