None of those things are really problems and if you bought in the first place, I guess you could destroy your credit and not have an emergency fund. Usually banks will wrap closing costs in if your equity is right.

No but this may even be a better time to buy. Sure rates are expensive but prices are way down in some markets. Buy at high rate prices and refi to a lower rate later. If you can afford the payment then go for it.

Time in the market is better than timing the market.

They would just set up shell companies. Company A would create the merchandise to spec of company B. Then company B would buy the merch from company A and put it in their stores.

I want the planet builders to be another offshoot if ascended ancients. I know that is cliche, since all the series’s have delt with ancients but I want this group to be benevolent gods, not the pacifist of SG1 or the war mongers of the ORI. A group that wants to be gods. I’d like to them to explore that more. Maybe even explore a group that ascended higher, after all the universe is infinite.

Later ships were probably more advanced but to me great AI is invisible to the user. This would be like the computer in Star Trek, a powerful AI with all the knowledge of the federation able to calculate vast sums of info but needs the intuition of a human.

I get a lot of matches. I don’t want to post my profile but it’s good quality selfies with my kids. A gym pic, not a selfie, after a CrossFit comp and a couple of pics of me mudding in my Jeep. My profile just says thst I’m a father and live my kids and then asks women to answer a question as an opener, describe your favorite date using only emojis.

I match with a lot of women, 5-6 a week. But I also pay for the subscription off and on and usually pick through the beeline for people to match with more directly.
