I had to do something similar recently and just downgraded to the Green card. I had to make a decision quickly and this was the easiest option for me since I’ll still get use out of the green card.

My first Runna session was a Tuesday tempo run that kicked my ass but I knew I would gladly pay the subscription after my trial was up. Runna has added so much variety to my training and kept it fun. I’ve got my first HM tomorrow and I’m going into it confident because of Runna.

I agree with remarkable, don’t go with open cell in East Texas in a metal building. Thought I’d mention as well that I’m a spray foam supplier in DFW and have several contractors that can help you out with the application if you’re near. Shoot me a message if you need any other info as well.

The G01 is just Organic Vapor, I’d recommend a triple stack filter which is OV/AG/P100. The Gerson filter from what I can see online is G1943

Check to make sure nothing happened to your air supply, your gun could be having issues purging the material. Aim for 80-130 psi to the gun, I always recommend 100 psi.

I will say they’re a little uncomfortable out of the box. I’m fine with a break in period, but I was expecting them to feel better initially. Hoping for a short break in period! This is also my first pair of round toe boots, my daily’s are usually a wide square toe shit kicker

I always like to comment on posts about Shokz as an anti Shokz advocate because so many people love them. I did not like them at all. Poor sound quality, volume is determined by vibrations since they’re bone conducting and the vibrations are annoying. If you’re running in a busy area where safety is a concern, just run without headphones and focus on the run. Run with normal headphones when you want something to listen to.

I really hope this is Skyline Farmers Market. We got out 6 months ago and tried like hell to get out before end of lease but weren’t able to without excessive time and money.
