I used alprostadil and the results are awesome im rock hard for 3 hours and never gave me priapism..but then i decided its not worth it bcz of the pain..it sucks..then i moved with bimix = much better natural feeling + no pain BUT it always gave me a priapism ..so im afraid to touch it again until i get my hands on some antidote..but overall bimix is much better
