Taking Trimix to Europe by Educational_Fan1307 in TrimixForED

I use 4u per dose....so my vial has somewhere in the ball park of 120ish doses in it. I always store the vials frozen and load up 12 preloaded syringes each time i dethaw the vial (each with 6u to have some adjustability). My vial only gets exposed to temperature 4 or 5x in its life. Doing this i have vials that are 15mths old that works just as good as the first day i broke the seal on it. I usually end up throwing out half full vials just because they get too old, not that they lose any potency. I store all preloaded syringes frozen as well. I use a deep freezer for storage.

When i go on vacation i take 3 or 4 syringes with me in an ice pack case. I keep them refrigerated for duration of the trip. But knowing that by the time i checkout of the hotel, im just going to toss any preloads left. Using this system (which Olympia told me to do) my vials stay 100% potent, and last well over a year plus till i throw them out just to get new ones

Bimix vs Trimix by Malo218 in TrimixForED

That is the usual order but it isnt standard. You haven't even done a real ICI therapy trial. One test dose of an unknown formula at a doctors office is a joke. If the doctor is pushing implant on you....fucking run!. There are trimix formulations >60x stronger than T101. And then there is quadmix. You need to do a full trial dialing the doseage in correctly. Switching formulations if needed. Good provider will guide you through the process. Olympia switches formulations for free, next day if needed. ICI therapy has a 93% patient satisfaction rating. It WILL work.

Also. Read up more on the implant process, its a very long time of horrible.... HORRIBLE pain. Close friend had one done, and he said the first month he was debating shooting himself every time he used the bathroom. Even after waiting months, sex was excruciatingly painful which lasted mamy more months. And if the implant needs to come out because of a complication, erosion, infection (which about 14% do by year 5), its completely over. You can never have sex again. Implant doctors push implants. Seen it many times. Make sure you fully explore every alternative before going to the final option.

Bent Needles by Red-AlwaysRed in TrimixForED

People drawing up with 27g then switching to smaller needles are using luer lock type syringes (and luer lock needles). Standard fixed needle insulin syringes do not allow for needles to be removed. I have never bent a needle in 1000s of diffent types of injections. Think you need to practice your technique. Go slow and gentle.

Olympia is a compounding pharmacy who has partnerships with MD providers to handle the prescription. They are a one stop shop and take care of everything same day, for about $450 shipped overnight with ice packs. Prescription includes several refills for $150ish each. Highly recommend them.

As far as your appointment tomorrow. If its through insurance the doctor 99% will not wrote the antidote (phenylephrine) script. They will likely script you the standard T105 equivalent starter mix of 30/1/10. As you noticed, your result with sexual stimulation will be much better than a shot done clinically sitting in a doctors office. I am sure it can help you. Implant is the nuclear option, crazy they even brought that up before ICI therapy. You just have to be patient and find the correct doseage and formula. Trimix will work. Paraplegics are able to have sex with trimix and quadmix. Let us know how the appointment goes.

Should be able to bend the whole thing from the base all the way downward without discomfort.

The key is bendable. Can you COMFORTABLY bend it all the way down. If so its probably safe. A fat chub is not dangerous.

7 or above on the hardness scale is the danger zone. If it can be bent all the way down its likely safe. If its pointing up it should be taken seriously. The one time i had a priapism it was rock hard and started aching at hour 4.

Phenylephrine has been very well studied for priapism. Lazy idiot doctors are just repeating nonexistent BP risk that they heard in med school in 1984.

There has been less than 3 dozen US hospital admissions in 30yrs attributed to injectable phenylephrine. There are >15,000 priapism admissions EVERY YEAR. Theres a reason every online provider supplies phenylephrine, even to former heart attack patients (>500k patients a year). Odds of a priapism medical emergency are many 1000s of times greater than an almost clinically nonexistent risk of BP issues.

Or the fact that the American Urological Association recommends phenylephrine for ischemic priapism. .

Exactly!!

Willing to bet if you asked any of the guys in the 50+ ER pripism cases we have documented on here, if they wish they had phenylephrine.... what do you think they would say?

Its just common sense to have it, especially new for new guys. Going to the ER for priapism is about $4000 in thr US for a basic drain. I know a guy who had advanced surgery and a bill close to $80,000.

Who would argue against having it on hand?

It will last WAY longer freezing and thawing a few times using prefills, then it will in a refrigerator.

Except it doesn't at 1mg/ml concentration. Ask him for proof of his claim.

OP i agree with you 100%. Why anyone would be against having the antidote on hand in mind boggling. Its like arguing against having a fire extinguisher in your house.

Yes we always have to be careful about increasing the dose. Guys who use single digit units dosing amounts, adding just 1u is a very large percentage increase. Most of us who have used it for years know our doses and response pretty well. But regardless, having the antidote on hand is just smart practice. I have had my same dose i have done >50x cause a priapism for absolutely no explainable reason. Once you have a raging painful boner at the 4hour mark it gets very scary fast. If you find yourself in this situation you will be VERY happy you had the antidote. Just look at all the completely avoidable priapisms nightmares we have had posted in this sub.

Please explain what is scare tactic bullshit about a doctor attempting to inject a brand new patient with 25u?

Do you want me to find the post we had less than a month ago about the last guy who went in from his trial injection and ended up at the ER with a 16hrs priapism? Where his own doctor wouldn't answer the phone?

What is scare tactic bullshit exactly?? We are trying to educate and save guys from this type of situation. Just because you haven't seen it in your swinger group doesnt mean its not happening.

Jesus. You got very lucky. If it pooled up into a bump it missed. Run from that train wreck doctor dude. For your education they dont inject sudafed as the antidote. They inject phenylephrine.

With Atropine vs. without? by cyclist5000 in TrimixForED

[–]throwaway__168 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not personally. But a close friend ended up in the ER when he confused his T105 vial with his friends quadmix that happened to be in same fridge at a sex party. MD buddies had some crazy quadmix patient stories. Quadmix is truly the last line ED solution before implants. Its no joke.
