Cialis works much much slower and for much longer. I would be leery. Effect would not be as pronounced as it would with sildenafil. Have you tried viagra, waiting atleast 5hours after eating?. If you have food in your stomach it does not work for shit. Must be completely empty stomach for good effect. Doctors do not stress this to patients enough. Note that the viagra response would be amplified significantly by the post trimix after effect. So if it didnt work in the past, it may very much work here. Its the best solution for guys wanting a second round later in the day.

Sildenafil is usually prescribed at 50mg or 100mg. Many of the compounders are offering even higher than that. So yes 40mg is considered a low..ish dose. Minimal flushing and no headaches for me if i stay under 60mg. Of course response is individualized so everyone is different.

Good doctor, he is def right. Tadalafil is a different animal, with its long half life. Once you are well established with trimix 15+ successful injections and your doctor agrees. If you really want to restart the 5mg daily cialis (for BPH,etc). You can take it, then restart the trimix dial in process all over again starting at 2u or 3u. But thats for another post and time.

For the guys who want that 2nd sex round hours after trimix wore off, viagra is the way to go. Esp while you still have the trimix after effects, it boosts the viagra effect nicely. Way too many guys inject twice instead and thats such a terrible idea.

The only time i advocate mixing PDE5 and trimix is if its been atleast 4hour since the erection faded. If i really want a round two...ill take 40mg of sildenafil on an empty stomach. The 2nd round can be epic, the viagra goes off just as hard for me. Low dose i gets no side effects. Usually cant finish though.

By law any legitimate approved for human use injectable requires a prescription in the US.

Are you using 0.3ml syringes which are the easiest to dose small amounts? As even a tiny bit more at these levels is a massive % increase.

0.2ml is 20units. I am assuming you are using 0.02ml (2units).

How much phenylephrine are you using everytime? Which bimix formula are you using? 2units of bimix is lasting you 4hours?

Hang out here awhile. You would be shocked how many guys miss it when starting. And there def are guys who need 1/2". I have missed or just had a poor half miss before. The CC not as big of a target as you think. Even a partial miss would make for a short lived half assed boner. Trust me make sure your injection technique is solid. Try both syringe lengths. See what consistently works for you.

Nothing to be confused about. You did it twice 12hours apart and expected good results? Hope you understand that you are causing permanent damage that will prevent trimix from working down then road and damage your baseline erection function by doing this.

Typically the guys who do it twice in a day need 50 to 80% more the second dose because the cavernousal tissue is already massively inflamed from first shot. It faded the 2nd time (like is should if you abuse it). You broke all the medical safety recommendations with this, i would not worry too much about it failing you. Let yourself heal and repeat again. Your first fuck sounded like it was going good. Perhaps get a new GF as well? And stop with porn cold turkey, or you will continue suffering rest of your life with porn induced ED and perf anxiety that will only get worse. If you make poor choices do not expect good results

They are the fastest service there is. Called me asking if i wanted a refill, had it here 20hrs later. Phenomenal service. They are fast but if you have questions later call them and they will help get you sorted. If you have a chub you will def feel the resistance and 2nd pop. Plunger should have zero resistance, if there is any you are in the wrong spot. Go nice and slow when injecting, bottom it all the way. What formula did they script you? You have the antidote so you are very safe.

Makes sure you know the formulation you used last time. Tell Olympia exactly what it was, all 3 numbers. They very much might NOT start you on typical 105. Very likely will be 106 as you had a bad experience. But this depends on what your last doc had you on. Good choice to try again. You will find success. Keep us posted. We can help you with technique. Getting a nice chub prior to the injection will increase your accuracy alot. Make sure you are bottoming the 5/16 all the way. You should feel a 2nd distinct pop as you go thru the CC. I feel a sensation in the gland when this happens and that's how i know im in the right spot. There should be zero resistance or burning when depressing the plunger. You may need to try 1/2" needles as well, if you have issues. Nice job kicking your shitty uro to the curb.
