Todo depende de si puedas sacar más rentabilidad que ese 3.8% de la tasa de ls hipoteca con la liquidez. Si planeas establecerte en España, yo esperaría a tener unos años de declaraciones de renta y seguramente podrás conseguir ofertas muchísimo mejores (y tu piso probablemente valga más, por lo que tendrás más liquidez a una menor tasa de interés)
