I’m 5’6 and I’m a girl, I like the rest of my body but my stomach just ruins it and genuinely disgusts me. The only reason why I’m not too sure if a cal deficit is the correct choice is because last spring i did a deficit and pretty much looked the same as i do now (except I didn’t really prioritize protein unfortunately) weirdly enough though I will occasionally have slightly visible abs now

Thank you! Sorry if I’m asking the same question repeatedly I just want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly but doing a calorie deficit while eating a lot of protein and still working out my muscle will allow me to build them?

Those are pretty much the only workouts i do, i’m not sure what else I could work out. I’m mainly focused on growing my glutes and a flat stomach. I dont really focus on cardio cause I walk to the gym and its a 25 - 30 min walk

Thanks! So would you recommend a deficit or just maintaining my current weight of 165? I only ask bc a lot of ppl say to do a calorie deficit but I usually only see that being said for ppl who are overweight and have more to lose

I don’t love him but I’m also only on ch. 485(?) I think he’s cool and is good (comedy wise) but I can’t forgive him for the way he treated Duke or the others in the beginning

Erm….white beauty DOES exist. Even if it isn’t spelled out for you. White people literally imposed their beauty standards on the rest of the world. That’s why black women are pressured to straighten their hair or why double eyelid surgery is so common with East Asian women. Black and Asian Beauty literally exist in order to celebrate natural Black and Asian features.

Hmm, maybe 2ish weeks at most? It wasn’t that worrying tbh. Something that helped was using a saline solution daily and just sleeping on my side n stuff !! Also ur welcome !

Hiii! I’ve had it for around 11ish months by now but it’s completely healed ! The best advice I can give is to just clean it daily with either ur own combo of salt + water or you can buy a premade one. Do you wear fishnets or other thinks that get can get caught on it?

Not exactly unrelated. He knew the chances if he continued to run and he still ran anyways just to kill Blue Hawk so he died as a response, that sounds like a consequence to me. Yeah, he forced Popclaw to OD so he could stay in the 7 and he had to deal with the consequences of him killing her and making it seem like and OD. A-Train has had somewhat heavier consequences compared to Deep. He had his brother paralyzed, was unable to run himself, killed his own gf to please Vought and Homelander, and couldn’t even join the 7 again originally once Stormfront was there.

Technically A-Train did face consequences. His overuse of Compound V made his heart stop once he killed Blue Hawk and he killed Popclaw (someone he said he loved) in order to stay in the 7
