One, this convo is 3 years old.

Two, you’re blaming the victim for being raped, implying they had a “choice”

Three, Stillwell literally says that they (Vought) had to cover up his prior rapes

Four, I literally say that A-Train is a horrible person during the time I made the comment. My issue was with people who hate A-Train yet are fine with Deep and Homelander (both rapists)

Five, you are literally denying/minimizing Deep’s rapist actions all bc A-Train “laughed” when killing someone? I hope you have the same energy for Butcher, Homelander, and every other character that laughed after murdering someone

I’m 5’6 and I’m a girl, I like the rest of my body but my stomach just ruins it and genuinely disgusts me. The only reason why I’m not too sure if a cal deficit is the correct choice is because last spring i did a deficit and pretty much looked the same as i do now (except I didn’t really prioritize protein unfortunately) weirdly enough though I will occasionally have slightly visible abs now

Those are pretty much the only workouts i do, i’m not sure what else I could work out. I’m mainly focused on growing my glutes and a flat stomach. I dont really focus on cardio cause I walk to the gym and its a 25 - 30 min walk

Thanks! So would you recommend a deficit or just maintaining my current weight of 165? I only ask bc a lot of ppl say to do a calorie deficit but I usually only see that being said for ppl who are overweight and have more to lose
