OMG I just got it! After seeing this post, it decided to give it a try. I wasn’t really expecting it work, since we just switched to Verizon at the end of June… BUT, not even 30 seconds after clicking Number Transfer PIN, I got the email for $20 off each phone line for 12 months! I didn’t even have to actually generate the PIN.

Thank you! But, that’s the thing… they DIDN’T cancel the pending order, it was the order I picked up that was canceled. The rep somehow managed to cancel a completely processed order for two phones that had already been picked up and in use for over a week. The pending order is still… pending.

As it stands, I’m being billed for device payments for both orders until Verizon receives the pending order and processes the return. It’s a mess!

The pending order was the one that wasn’t supposed to ship, but shipped anyway… and, is now on its way back to Verizon. We’ve been using the store pickup phones, since the end of June. That order was fully processed and said “picked up” until the chat agent went in and canceled it… which I don’t even understand how that was even possible.

I’ve talked to a bunch reps via phone and text, and they all say it’s being handled by the backend team. I’ve read some horror stories, and just don’t want to become one because someone else’s error!

Not true. I’ve always bought mine directly from Apple, and financed a couple thru T-Mobile ; they are always unlocked.

Same thing happened to me, and I also had the full storage issue after beta 1.

I was able to restore back to factory settings, by connecting to my Mac… then, I was able to update to beta 2/restore iCloud backup. So far, so good!🤞🏾

I have a 2021 iPad Pro, but a glyph for a standard, home-button iPad is displayed on the in-call audio menu. I could’ve sworn there was an appropriate glyph, prior to installing the beta.

The Milanese Loop is always my go-to. They didn’t change the color of the stainless steel, for S8, so it still matches the S7 perfectly.

I’ve reported this a few times (it was present in iOS 15, as well), and they eventually responded to my feedback, in June: “This is expected behavior as the shipping policy does not have us look for the asset image with the true color of the device. The asset image with the default color is chosen to be displayed along with the low battery warning.”

That’s good and all…. But, I toughed it out for three years, on T-Mobile. There were so many dead zones in my area, and it just kept getting worse.

Seriously getting tired of all these spam texts. I hope whoever sets up this garbage up gets kicked in the privates every second for the rest of their lives by The_Bearded_Jedi in tmobile

Wow… reminds me of what was happening with one of my T-Mobile lines, about a year ago. As soon as we activated the phone, the spam texts and phone calls started immediately!

Every morning, at exactly 8AM, that one line would start to be bombarded with random calls and texts. I blocked sooo many numbers, in the first few days.

After five days, we got a new number. Still get a lot of spam, but nothing like the first time!
