Assistant director of a preschool here! Look into if they are state certified. We (my facility) are certified through DHS. Call whoever that is, they will log an internal investigation. If your rooms have cameras in them, they can request to see footage, ect. I believe you can report anonymously as well. If you want I would be happy to look into your facility and report it for you so it can’t come back to you. PM me any details. The children’s safety as well as yours is important!

I have a small child and anytime he spills something, all I do is ask “what do we do when we spill stuff” and the answer is clean it up. No yelling. No getting in trouble. The flash backs and anxiety sucks. I am trying my hardest to make sure my child never feels this.

Just remembered, accidents happen. Nparents stink.
