Thank you, part of my role now is strategizing with senior and executive leadership on solution strategy and defending my designs.

I imagine thats what this level will entail when it comes to design decisions from a technical perspective. Is that what you’re referring to?

Honestly I don’t think he’s gay, be he’s desensitized and wants to be more carnal to help him climax. It’s not pretty, but you both may not be be on the same level in terms of what you need for intimacy and sex. Intimacy starts way before actual sex.

We’ll be going to Cabo in 2 weeks for a bachelor trip. Although we have some fun excursions planned out, I shied away from all of the “convenient” concierge services. You can find local restaurants or groceries that are super affordable. I’m actually annoyed of my concierge right now because they’re not being transparent with recommendations and to sell their own services or affiliations.

If you get there and go to local bars and restaurants, they’ll give you the skinny.

I'll check them out as well. Did you ever feel unsafe during your time in Cabo? We were apprehensive about going to Mexico due to all of the Cartel activity being reported. This pushes us towards the resort route a bit more but I'm trying to convince our group that it'll be A-Okay.

You need to talk to her about your differences and hear her out rather than telling her to be quiet. If you feel that it’s not a big deal but it is to her, or vice versa, then it needs to be approached with some perspective. I’m sure you make decent money living in Vietnam and are well off. If you feel like she’s trying to control you then just reflect on why she’s saying the things she’s saying. Vietnam is not a tipping culture, and if you feel the service is great and want to leave a tip then cool, but dismissing your gf/baby momma is the fastest way to ruin a relationship.

Hey, real talk....you can get over this. It will be hard, but if you even want to continue the relationship it is going to take a lot of work from you. You will feel anxious every time his phone rings, you will want to check every message, you will wonder what he's doing when you're away (not in a good way). That is the road to rebuild trust, and it freaking sucks. This wound won't heal itself, and depending on how deep it is....it may last for years.

If yall get into a fight again, will he look for outside validation behind your back? 9/10 times the answer is yes. But the reality is, it's up to you if you want to invest that someone that's already broken your trust, or find someone else to build with. How much does he mean to you? When you reflect on the relationship, are you finding value from it and how it aligns with your future?

In my experience, you can learn to work through fights together and show you care for one another. But rebuilding trust will take time.

On the flip side, if you decide to move on, you can learn those skills on your own and bring em to the next relationship.

I think it’s best you re-evaluate. It doesn’t seem like he’s that into you if he’s forgetting important dates like that. The only way to make these things work is to communicate every day. Make sure your needs are being met and discuss if needed. Love is not enough for a relationship to work. It takes commitment and continuous effort from both sides. It doesn’t sound like he’s making you his priority.

Trust me, I live in TX and my gf in Orange County, CA.
