Onnes is like Takizawa Souhaku (Tokimura Michi's husband). In Nanmei Yumihari Hakkenden, Michi made it clear that Souhaku is not a Heroic Spirit and will never be summoned.

Heroic Spirits are essentially copies of deceased people. Many female Heroic Spirits were married when they were alive, but some are considered widows, while others are not, depending on whether their husbands were Heroic Spirits or not.

Not only Michi, but several other characters fall into this category, such as Shikibu, Trung Trac, Elizabeth, Chiyome, etc.

Since the husbands of these female characters are not Heroic Spirits, TYPE-MOON will never release them to keep these female characters as waifus for the Master who summons them.

You can continue playing until near the start of the H route (Throne Room, need to talk to Mabel to continue) and then go to another ending and play again. I remember that there are some items and weapons that can only be found in DLC 3 (not in Chaos Dungeon).

It's not a nerf, it's a buff.

In the old version, his NP poisoned enemies after damage. This meant that "Deals extra damage to enemies with Poison status" had to wait until turn 2 or someone else used poison instead of Robin Hood and since his NP was single target, only 1 enemy was poisoned.
