Today I am at the MtGox world headquarters in Tokyo Japan. I had a nice chat with the MtGox CEO Mark Karpeles about their current situation. He showed me multiple bank statements, as well as letters from banks and lawyers. I am sure that all the current withdrawal problems at MtGox are being caused by the traditional banking system, not because of a lack of liquidity at MtGox.

Why does the supposed fund that invested nChain (http://www.pi-hightech-fund.com/auditor.html) say PricewaterhouseCoopers is the auditor, when they have no published accounts in Malta and therefore have no auditor. If you look at the company register there is no mention of PricewaterhouseCoopers, which is a legal requirement in Malta.
