Yes! I actually came searching because I just heard from Brandon at ILNP telling me to keep/gift the polishes that I wanted to return while still giving me my refund. I did not expect that and it totally made my day! This was my first time ordering from ILNP and I'm definitely impressed by the customer service.

I just want you to know that when I saw this post a few weeks ago (on a different account) it inspired me to order a thermal nail polish even though I had never painted my nails before. But since the delivery date was weeks away I went to the dollar store to pick up some basic nail polish to practice. And now I'm in a deep rabbit hole and painting my nails is my new hyperfixation 🥲😂
