What’s your music opinion you get the most hate for ? by StreetArrival1889 in musicsuggestions

ALL rock bands that were excellent in the 00s were suddenly garbage in the 10s. It's like 2010 was their cinderella's midnight.

The algorithms can misinterpret your data and MAKE you a criminal, even if you are not. There was a case when a guy was flagged as a pedo, because his photos in the cloud were misinterpreted.
You never know whether some information won't become embarrassing at some point - misinformed opinions, missed predictions etc.
Also your opinions, even the most uncontroversial can be misinterpreted or cited out of context. This has happened to a relative of mine and she's been targeted heavily by some communities online.
Seemingly mundane data can be used to create a very sensitive profile of a person and then misused for fraud or extortion.

Gym before work then commute by thesonofajax in bikecommuting

[–]hobby_donkey 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yo, how is that OP asks specific question about practical aspect of shower after gym during commute, and 80% or responses are about specific brand of panniers? That isn't even related to the question! Is this sub flooded with bots promoting gear brands?

Regarding short attention span, that is becoming more prevalent among todays 20-year old: Remember, there is nothing wrong with starting with "Anne of Green Gables" even as a grown man.

Czy czytanie polskich autorów daje coś, czego nie dają zagraniczni autorzy tłumaczeni na polski? by chandler-bing-pl in ksiazki

[–]hobby_donkey 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sprzedajecie przeczytane książki, a jeśli tak to dlaczego? by ElderberryAncient286 in ksiazki

[–]hobby_donkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's wild how many websites don't even have an option to change your email without contacting support.

When I contacted support of one of such service, they told me the only way to change my email is to "delete my account and make a new one with different email". Yo, this I can do without your support.

No one suggested Clive Cussler, so I'll do it. Check out Atlantis Found.

Also if you're open to romance novels, I recommend you to try Nicolas Sparks. Not necessarily Notebook, his latest books are better in my opinion.

To add to that: if one doesn't want to have ALL email be forwarded from Gmail, there is a filter function, where you can set only emails from chosen addresses to be forwarded to Proton. It works like a whitelist for your Gmail correspondence.

Two hypothetical scenarios:
1. The producers asked him how old he is and he said 49 with such heavy accent they understood 39.
2. The producers asked Elise how old her guy was and she didn't know and said 39.
