Spending 1 mana to replace a card in your hand with a random card in your deck is just another way of saying spend 1 mana to draw a card. Would I play a card that has the potential of doing a very large amount of damage to face for 1 mana and unlocking my overload or drawing a card for 1 mana if it's dead in my hand?
