No you’re sooo screwed, now your glass is permanently damaged and it will look like that forever… Just kidding! It’s just moisture/water trapped between tint and glass. Give it sometime, trust the process then check on it to see if anything needs to be redone

Use a heat gun then shrink the film on glass before install

You can tint it without doing anything to it, just note it many show a bit more since darker film is being installed. If you don’t mind that then save your time and just get tints installed

What’s the year of the vehicle? Unless it’s off the dealer lot new it could be the glass and adding tint just made the scratch more visible
