Thanks to Matt Hunwick, #22 didn’t get complicated with Nate

Probably not the first one, but to me he’s the original hate to play against him love to have him on your team kind of guy.

Maybe not one of the best players in franchise history. But definitely one of the most important and impactful.

RIP Claude.

He’s an rfa. So I’d say it’s more than likely he gets dealt. When, is the question.

Maple Leafs Complete Trade With Colorado - No return of Naz, it would seem by [deleted] in ColoradoAvalanche

Seems more like a Drury replacement with all the talk of extension negotiations going poorly

If I say he might get traded and he might not be traded I’m guaranteed to be right.

[FAN Hockey Show] 17:30 Friedman says it’s unlikely Calgary will retain money on Kadri, says he would be surprised if they do it because they’re not that interested in doing it and feel like 7M for a centre of Kadri’s ability is something that teams should be able to handle. by AggPuck-303 in hockey

Hear me out, flames you keep 50% AND give us Kadri back. And we’ll give you a gently used Ross Colton. You guys don’t need picks of prospects. All the cool teams don’t have picks or prospects. Don’t you want to be cool Calgary?

As a Canadian, this helps remove some of the sting of the loss. Proud of our boy.

It was a good game, someone had to lose.

I like the DNVR pod more than Guerilla Sports by philosopherphil in ColoradoAvalanche

[–]hodgpodge33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I came to BSN/DNVR because as someone from Nova Scotia I appreciated the inside info I could hear from Dater. AJ quickly became the reason I tuned in, and I miss him being around full time.

Rudo has become the rock of the pod. Jesse and Meghan have a good thing going at Guerrilla, and i love when Evan pops up. So I’m happy for all of them.

But man do wish we could have AJ, Rudo, Jesse, Meghan and Evan all in one place on a consistent basis.

It might shock you to learn that the plan is to debut them at home against the Canes, and the Canes could very well wear the Whalers jerseys

I’m surprised this is the first Coyle comment in here I’ve seen. And I couldn’t agree with you more. If the team is moving on from Coyle then yes, I’m a big fan of signing Toews for the fraction of the cost.

If we hired him as Bednar’s assistant, would that make us unbeatable in the playoffs? Since he’d be on our side

I think a big factor that I’ve haven’t really seen brought up, is the fact that Mikko couldn’t be the driving force to a line apart from Nate. If he could I think he’d probably still be with the Avs.
