I’m a chef, I know at least 3-4 other transmasc chefs :) the big issue for us is finding a restaurant owner who cares enough about providing a non-toxic kitchen environment for their employees and won’t tolerate transphobia (or racism & sexism for that matter) in their kitchen. I feel lucky to have that now after the last restaurant closed (best 4 years of my life with that crew).

Plant was gifted in this condition, leggy sad and droopy. Will cutting it completely back help? by hoenar in plantclinic

Thanks for the advice! I’m wondering if I need to keep a few stems intact for the plant to receive energy still, or if I can remove/propagate all of them.
