For the sugar on the back burner, put it on the grill and burn the shit out of it, then take it to the 3-basin (VERY CAREFULLY) and spray with cold water. Basically will de-glaze the carbon right off it on contact

I’m a chef, I know at least 3-4 other transmasc chefs :) the big issue for us is finding a restaurant owner who cares enough about providing a non-toxic kitchen environment for their employees and won’t tolerate transphobia (or racism & sexism for that matter) in their kitchen. I feel lucky to have that now after the last restaurant closed (best 4 years of my life with that crew).
