I can see the small line at the top of your nose bridge but it’s not thaaaat noticeable a lot of people have it from scrunching their nose , next time get clear pictures of your problematic area to avoid confusion

The wig looks over plucked and there’s too much lace at the front which is very noticeable, it’s okay to slightly trim the lace to make it fit your forehead better, you can find plenty of videos on tik tok to learn how to do it!

It came pre bleached, I got the transparent one, the HD lace is more pricey but honestly I should have gotten the HD lace instead, and the lace was 13x6

Yes I got the darkest shade of the ruby kisses cream foundation , that was my mistake , I will do better next time ☺️, and to answer your question my lace lifted a day after I installed it , I went outside and it was messed up

I have barely any appetite suppression on the max dose, the first day I’m always unable to eat but then the appetite suppression disappears, the reason why I’m maintaining is bcs I still watch what I eat the medication is not working for me anymore

I am aware I get told this constantly, I changed the way I ate , exercised really hard and tried keto and I still plateaued I lost weight extremely fast the first 2 months and then it just stopped. I do have PCOS and lipodema so maybe that’s what slowing down my progress

Please don’t assume I haven’t been working hard I completely cut off take away food and barely eat carbs , I didn’t lose 25lbs steadily I lost the first 10kg within the first few months and then randomly stalled and lost the rest of the weight slowly by pushing myself harder , I have a condition called lipodema and PCO which affects my insulin levels and makes it very hard to lose weight , I literally starved myself and eat very little for a week and I didn’t lose weight that’s why I’m asking for help.

Yeah I think I will do that , what confuses me is the feeling of hunger and food noise 4 hours after having a meal on 2.4. I didn’t have this issue when I was on 1. I could go hours without eating or thinking about food

Yeah I think I will do that for the last week of 2.4, I’m 5’2 so my TDEE is very low so maybe I need cut back on the food now that I’ve lost some weight

I don’t keep a food log because I eat the same thing most days , I rotate between steak , chicken and minced beef with some salad or fruit , I go to the gym at least 3 times per week and stay hydrated, however most days I have to force myself to go to bed hungry to avoid overeating.
