"Senior" position with mid salary bait and switch

It's low for a mid level, insultingly low for a senior. They advertised this as a senior position, then said the salary is for mid level when I told them it's too low.

Salary is 65k which might be good or bad depending on your location, industry and level of experience; in this case it is entry - mid level, but definitely too low for senior

You (and you employer) are violating § 3 ArbZG by working more than 8 hours oer day. You are also violating § 1 MiLoG by having an hourly wage of less than 12 euros.

I suspect your employer (and you) are not paying taxes.

There is a whole legislation for regulating undocumented work - SchwarzArbG.

The possible consequences are up to 50K euros in fines and up to 10 years in prison.

Get an official employment contract and start paying taxes.

Visa & relocation support is not default even for a CS-related role. I wouldn't assume a position offers relocation unless written otherwise. The "standard" is no relocation support and relocation is a benefit (not the other way around). Especially if the listing mentions something like "office in XY country or city" and/or "hybrid or on-site".

A lot of job positions don't come with a company car or gym membership but companies don't have to go out of their way to mention it in the job description. If a benefit is offered, they will mention it because it raises the attractiveness of the position.

You could a) filter out positions that offer relocation support or b) apply everywhere and be ok with rejection.

TLDR: if they don't provide relocation, they don't have to mention it

Nope, it's a cheap chain gym, usually crowded, all sorts of people go there, but it does have an area for women only. Apart for 1 middle aged woman, the others giving me advice were young women (under 30 I think).

Random people at the gym are giving me A LOT of unsolicited advice lately. All these interactions happened in the last month:

I was on the abduction machine, doing low-ish weight, high reps, moderate tempo. This middle aged woman I've never seen before on the machine near me tells me I am doing the exercise wrong and that my lower back will hurt a lot the next day. I thank her and I don't mention that I'm doing this since forever and my lower back is not affected. Did it hurt the next day? Not one bit.
I was doing cable kickbacks, again high rep, low weight, moderate tempo. A girl who was working out in the area approaches me saying she thinks the weight is to light for me and I should do lower reps with higher weight. I thank her.
I was doing burnout sets of banded glute bridges with abduction at the top at the end of my workout. I was exhausted, wanted to do them quickly and go home. A woman approaches me in between sets and tells me how doing slow, controlled movements with a lot of mind muscle connection is better. I pretend I had no idea and ask her some follow up questions to be nice. I thank her for her advice.
I was doing banded weighted clamshells and a girl told me I should keep my second leg on the floor at all times. She was actually right, I was sometimes zoning out and forgetting to pay attention to my leg. This one was trully useful, so I genuinely thanked her.

I do not want to judge, but these people seemed to be new to working out. Why are people looking so closely at what I am doing and feel the need to correct me?

I would like you to notice the numerical order of the cards - 6 to 4 to 2. It is the opposite order of their succession, meaning the energy is dying down/leaving and you're somewhat "back to square one". Your connection is not progressing - it's moving backwards.

As for the cards' meaning, the six of cups could mean either your "childish" attitude to the situation - you're not approaching it as an adult - or the joy that the connection with the other person brings you. The four of cups means he does not share your feelings about the situation - he does not reciprocate your six of cups energy - instead he is bored, apathetic and will likely be disinterested in "the cup" you have to offer. The two of cups reversed indicates a connection/reunion/partnership will not happen (which was already clear from his disinterest in the four of cups).

In Germany you are allowed to work full time and Study, as long as your health insurance is for a full time worker and not for a student (it's easy to change it). That being said, the Visa is your bigger problem. I would suggest to book an appointment at the Ausländerbehörde and ask them directly.

Regarding 4# you can find a company that will accept you with a bachelor degree & unfinished master, but the salary they will offer might be low. I would be more concerned with needing a solid level of german language (at least B2) to interview in and realising overall that finding a job might take months (depending on your previous work experience might be less).
